Is Remorse a Legal Entity

Most people do not wear their feelings on their sleeves. The idea that some one most show remorse to be remorseful was conceived by idiots and should not be a consideration in any legal disposition..
Jordan Brown, was just 11 at the time of his alleged crime, to young to fully grasp the concept of remorse. Now add to that the elapsed time between the crime and the demand by the idiots that he show remorse. If he is in the minority and shows remorse, then how long should he show it and how should he show it. Is their a standard for judging remorse, if not why?

Wall Streeters want what Fannie's having

I posted this information a few months back. Bank of America brought Country Wide and is sitting on an enormous amount of property waiting for exactly what the author of this article is saying. Their is Billions of dollars in bundling loans and the big banks are trying to get a larger share at Fannie Mae's expense.

6.) Wall Streeters want what Fannie's having -- "Wells Fargo and some other large banks would like private companies, perhaps even themselves, to become the new housing finance giants helping to bundle individual mortgages into securities — that would be stamped with a government guarantee," reports the New York Times. Some big pigs have lined up at the federal trough: Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse have all publicly met with Treasury officials in hopes of being able to do what private student loan companies no longer can. While the Treasury has remained quiet about its plans, former Treasury undersecretary and Rubin protege Michael S. Barr has called it a bad move. “I don’t think that private shareholder-owned entities should issue federal government guarantees,” Barr said. “I think that creates the same conflict we had in the past.” You know something's up when a Rubinite speaks out against giving special treatment to Wall Street.

Just The Facts

It would seem that the Japanese are reading my post. I attempted to forward a nearly identical plan to President Obama to include in the proposed Stimulus Program.

Japanese Companies to Build 100 Hydrogen Stations by 2015

A group of Japanese oil, gas and car companies have committed to put in place the infrastructure needed to run hydrogen fuel cell vehicles by 2015; fuel cell cars are intended for commercialisation by a number of automakers, including Toyota, Nissan and Honda within that timeframe.

JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp, Idemitsu Kosan Co and Tokyo Gas Co. are working alongside the automakers in the scheme and intend to begin negotiations with regional governments to develop infrastructure in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka by 2015.
