Republicans were shouting that President Obama made a bad decision in supporting TARP, they said that TARP would increase the deficit, and that Obama is bad for the country. TARP had become a rallying point for John Boehner & company, but now that the true figures have been released showing that not only is TARP making money, it will repay some of the money that Bush gave away. This topic has become an embarrassment to the Republicans so they have quietly slithered away from the topic, hopping that it will not be brought up again.
